Rob's Story
Rob has seen what property damage does to families. A house fire doesn't just destroy a building. It disrupts lives, displaces people, and creates stress that compounds when the insurance company's first offer doesn't come close to covering the loss. Rob's faith in Jesus Christ compels him to step into that gap.
He started Hughes & Associates to put a licensed, experienced advocate on the policyholder's side of the table. Today, Rob leads a team of professionals handling property damage claims across eight states. From a house fire in Lynchburg to a commercial loss in Atlanta, the approach is the same: document everything, build the strongest possible claim, and negotiate until the settlement is fair.
